This Privacy Policy describes how Klotz handles your information when you use the app. Klotz is a single-player block puzzle game distributed on the Apple App Store.
By installing and using Klotz, you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
Klotz is built by an independent developer based in the Netherlands. You can reach the developer at marijn.de.bruijn@kpnmail.nl.
Klotz is designed to need as little of your data as possible. Most gameplay information stays on your device.
Stored only on your device:
Game Center (Apple's service):
Apple handles this data under its own privacy policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.
Advertising (Google AdMob, when ads are shown):
AdMob handles this data under Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Purchases (when you buy Remove Ads):
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for any purpose outside the game.
Klotz is suitable for all ages but it is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 13, please use the app only with a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

You can also revoke advertising tracking at any time through iOS Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking.
Information stored on your device stays until you delete the app. Game Center data stays until you delete it via your Apple ID settings. AdMob data is retained according to Google's policy.
The data we have access to is processed by Apple and Google under their own security standards. Klotz does not run any servers of its own.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves. The date above reflects the current version. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept them.

These Terms of Service govern your use of Klotz. By installing and using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
Klotz is licensed, not sold, to you. The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable. You may install and use Klotz on any device tied to your Apple ID, subject to Apple's App Store terms.

We reserve the right to remove any user from leaderboards if cheating is detected.
Klotz offers a one-time in-app purchase to remove advertising. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms of sale. All purchases are final. Refund requests must be directed to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The Remove Ads purchase is tied to your Apple ID. It applies across all devices signed in to that Apple ID and to any family member you have added through Apple's Family Sharing.
Game Center features are provided by Apple under its own terms. The developer is not responsible for outages or data loss within Game Center itself.
When ads are enabled, they are served by Google AdMob. The developer does not control the content of individual ads. If you encounter inappropriate or broken ad content, you can report it through the in-ad reporting controls or via the contact email above.
Klotz is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of Klotz. The total liability of the developer for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app and any in-app purchases over the 12 months preceding the claim, or 50 euros, whichever is higher.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by local law.
These terms apply until terminated. You can end the agreement at any time by uninstalling Klotz. We may suspend or end your access to specific features such as leaderboards if you breach these terms.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The date above reflects the current version. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence applies.
